At 5M Market, we take pride in providing high-quality digital assets and scripts for the FiveM community. Our goal is to ensure that our customers receive functional, compatible, and clearly described digital products that serve their intended purpose. Since all our products are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately after purchase, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy outlined below.

1. Nature of Our Products

All products listed and sold on 5M Market are digital goods. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Scripts
  • Server assets
  • User interfaces
  • Templates
  • Other downloadable digital files

Upon successful payment:

  • The purchased product will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
  • The product will also be immediately available through your 5M Market user dashboard.

As these are intangible, irrevocable goods, once the download or access is granted, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.

2. No Refund on Downloaded Products

By purchasing digital products from 5M Market, you agree to the following:

  • You cannot claim a refund for any product that has been downloaded, accessed, or used in any way.
  • This policy is in accordance with standard digital goods commerce practices, as the nature of downloadable products prevents us from verifying complete “return” once access is granted.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to read the product descriptions, features, requirements, and compatibility details before purchase.

We encourage you to contact our support team before making a purchase if you have any doubts or questions about a product’s suitability for your use case.

3. Valid Refund Claims (Exceptional Cases Only)

While all sales are generally final, 5M Market may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests under the following limited circumstances:

a. Corrupted or Non-Functional Product

If the product file is:

  • Corrupted or fails to unzip or install properly.
  • Containing serious errors that prevent basic use or cause crashes.
  • Not as described, and the seller fails to provide a working update or fix within a reasonable timeframe.

Note: Refunds will not be granted for minor bugs or customization issues unless they render the product entirely unusable.

b. Incorrect Product Delivered

If you received a completely different product than what you ordered, and:

  • You have not downloaded the incorrect file.
  • Our team is unable to replace it with the correct version within a reasonable timeframe.

c. Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally made the same purchase multiple times and:

  • You can provide proof of duplicate transactions.
  • The duplicated products have not been downloaded or accessed multiple times.

d. Non-Delivery

If you did not receive the product:

  • In your registered email inbox.
  • Or within your 5M Market dashboard within 1 hour after successful payment.
    And our support team is unable to locate or deliver your files manually.

4. Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after the purchase.
  • You no longer need the product.
  • The product did not meet your expectations due to lack of proper reading of its description.
  • You do not have the technical knowledge to use the product.
  • You found a similar product elsewhere for a lower price.
  • You claim the product is incompatible with your setup without prior inquiry.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the above criteria, please follow the steps below:

    • A detailed explanation of the issue
    • Screenshots, video proof, or error logs (if applicable)

6. Refund Process and Timeline

If your refund request is approved:

  • You will be notified via email.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Access to the refunded product(s) will be revoked from both your email and dashboard.

7. Abuse & Dispute Prevention

To protect our platform and sellers:

  • Repeated refund requests without valid reasons may result in account suspension or blacklisting from future purchases.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting support will lead to automatic suspension and legal action as necessary.
